Software Overview
There are three software programs available on the JR&A website:

• The JRA Test Scoring System, which can be used to create each of the JR&A Police and Public Safety Selection test reports and store the test data in a secure database on the user's computer.
• The JRA Mailbox, which is a secure method for sending and receiving files over the internet by JR&A and JR&A customers who have been assigned Mailbox accounts.
• The JRA Online Testing Center , which is used to manage online administration of the tests on which the JRA Police and Public Safety Selection reports are based. (Note: these tests can also be administered using paper and pencil methods.)
