JRA provides reference guides and instructional resources for its test products to our customers. Access to these materials requires prior authorization by JRA staff. If you would like to receive permission to access these resources please contact the JRA office by email or phone. Technical Support

JRA Conference
Each year JRA hosts a training conference for our high volume customers. The conference consists of seven hours of doctoral level training presented in a combination of panel and individual presentations. The training day begins at 8:30 am and concludes at 5:00 pm. There is a catered buffet breakfast and lunch, compliments of JRA. The conference is held in the same city as the annual meeting of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference, and takes place the day before the IACP Conference starts (Friday). Attendance is limited to about 35-50 invited participants, to allow for a high level of participant interaction. Continuing Education units are awarded at no cost.
