In Q4 2021, JRA will be launching a new product that that will allow you to integrate your own questionnaires, forms, and/or consent forms into a seamless online testing platform.

JRA Forms is a highly customizable software solution for taking your assessment practice fully digital. Any questionnaire or consent form can be adapted to our online webform system and displayed with your own company logo. 

These forms can be administered along with JRA's psychological tests as part of a complete battery. The order of completion can also be changed to ensure any legal waivers or consents are completed prior to the candidate accessing questionnaires or psychological tests.

Types of questions:

• Several differents types of response formats can be used including signature, text fields, paragraph responses, single selection multiple choice, and mult-choice multiple choice, among others.

• Questions may also be conditional on prior reponses.
  • This allows for more efficient administration and also automated follow-up questions to gather additional relevant details.

Customizable reports:

• The data collected using JRA's customizable web forms can be exported into highly customizable output reports.
  
• Information can be displayed as collected in a simple Question and Answer layout and/or results can be dynamically displayed to highlight only those responses that require follow-up by the interviewing psychologist. 

Efficient back office processing:

• Upon completion of the test battery, all reports will be available for download and processing instantaneously. 
• All reports and forms for an individual applicant are stored in a pre-named file folder for efficient archiving.
• The automatic aggregation of candidate materials saves hours in staff time spend sending pdf fillable forms back and forth and tracking down candidates that fail to complete their "written" materials.

  • Default JRA Supplemental PsyQ: Free
• Authorization per candidate
  • Consent or Waiver: $1
  • All other questionnaires (up to 100 questions): $1
  • PsyQ-RE package deal: Pay only for the consent and waiver authorization ($1).
    • If you purchase the PsyQ-RE along with JRA forms, we will waive the authorization fee for JRA Form questionnaires.
