Shipping Charges for Testing Supplies
We ship all items via the least expensive method (usually USPS or UPS-Ground), unless expedited shipping has been requested. We typically use FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS Next Day Air for fastest turnaround of materials. We bill for postage and handling based on the weight and method of shipping selected. If you would prefer to pay your own shipping, you can give us a valid FedEx or UPS account number, or simply enclose pre-paid shipping labels or an envelope with pre-paid postage. To avoid expensive last minute rush orders, we recommend that you keep on hand a supply of test booklets and answer sheets sufficient for the largest number of applicants that you anticipate testing at any given time. Note that all JRA test booklets are reusable, and can last for many testing sessions as long as applicants are properly instructed to handle them carefully and refrain from making marks on them. |
* "RE" refers to the Required Explanations version of the PHQ.
** In addition to the charges for the testing supplies themselves, as listed in the above table, it is also necessary to pay shipping charges. See the discussion of shipping charges for testing supplies, at the bottom of this document.
As of 2025, JRA has phased out paper testing. We will continue to sell paper test answer sheets and
reusable test booklets while supplies last. We ship and return ship all items via the least expensive
method (usually USPS or UPS-Ground), unless expedited shipping has been requested. We bill for
postage and handling based on the weight and method of shipping selected, and offer UPS Next Day Air
for fastest turnaround of materials.
Report fees are the same for each report obtained for a particular test, regardless of:
service.
The total per report price depends on whether or not you use the Delegated Report Creation service.
For example, if you obtained CPI reports by collecting the data using our delegated report creation
service, the total per report price would be $22.50 ($20 for the report fee and $2.50 for the delegated
report creation service).
If you wish to create reports yourself on your own computer, rather than using the Delegated Report
Creation Service, you can do so using the JRA Test Scoring System software, which you can download
and use for no charge.
(For more information about our Test Scoring System software, see the Software section of the website,
or contact our helpful JRA staff.)

service.
- For the Delegated Report Creation service, JRA obtains the customer's test data (either downloaded from the internet or mailed test answer sheets), creates the test reports on our proprietary JRA Test Scoring System software, and sends the test reports to the customer (as pdf files sent over the internet using JRA's secure Mailbox system). (For more information about the JRA Mailbox system see the Software section of the website.)
